Jessica is a deeply passionate professional chef and yoga instructor helping people create healthy habits through quality eating and meditation for well over 16 years.
She believes that with a healthy mind and body, we can be the change we wish to see in the world. Jessica seeks out different platforms to share her knowledge to help people heal themselves. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc) in Food & Food Service Management and an associate degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
Over the course of her career, Jessica has succeeded at achieving milestones that have facilitated her rise to the top. Starting out as a hostess, she worked her way up to being a prep chef to an executive chef through constant hard work and personal improvement. When she is not helping clients map out healthy meal plans, she is offering group or private classes for yoga. Her first yoga teacher training was in Thailand followed by her second yoga teacher training in Portland, Oregon. As a yoga instructor, Jessica has managed to learn various styles such as: Hatha, Bikram, Integral, Astana and Anusara. In 2018, YogaChefJess was born. YogaChefJess, LLC is a lifestyle brand dedicated to providing premium services and content to evolve personal health and wellness.
