Jessica is a deeply passionate, highly skilled and professional Chef and Yoga instructor who has been helping people live and lead better, healthier lives through quality eating and meditation for well over sixteen (16) years.
Jessica believes that with a healthy mind and body, we can be the change we wish to see in the world and this is why she seeks out platforms to share her knowledge and help people heal themselves. She equally offers group and private classes for yoga, while also helping individuals, families and groups map out healthy meal plans. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc) in Food & Food Service Management and an associate degree in Culinary Arts from the Johnson & Wales University.
Over the course of her career, Jessica has succeeded at achieving milestones that have facilitated her rise to the top. Starting out as a Hostess, she worked her way up to being a Prep Chef and then, an Executive Chef, through constant hardwork and personal improvement. She also had her first Yoga teacher training in Thailand and her second in Portland, Oregon. As a Yoga Instructor, Jessica has managed to learn various styles such as Bikram, Integral, Astana, Anusara and a host of others, which have helped her better connect with her clients and facilitated the achievement of desired results. She is also skilled at the Hatha style of teaching which affords her the opportunity to tap into one’s inner strength and connect to individual breathing systems.
